- Add a new email domain in workspace settings
- Add all the DNS records in your domain provider
- Wait for a few minutes for domain verification
- Add a new email address in agent setting
- Choose the email domain that you added in the previous step
- You can customize the email address and email display name
- Click

- CC the agent on email chains with borrowers
- Receive notifications about agent activity
Agent Mode
Choose between two modes:- Autopilot: Agent sends messages automatically without review
- Listen: Agent drafts messages for admin review before sending
