Agent Settings

Configure your AI agent’s communication channels, behavior, and capabilities through the agent settings.

Email Setup

Setting up an email address allows agents to send & receive emails.

Steps

  1. Add a new email domain in workspace settings
  2. Add all the DNS records in your domain provider
  3. Wait for a few minutes for domain verification
  4. Add a new email address in agent setting
    • Choose the email domain that you added in the previous step
    • You can customize the email address and email display name
  5. Click Send Test Email button to test sending a new email

SMS Setup

Reach out to the OmniAI team and we will set up a Twilio number for your agent.

Admin Emails

Once admin emails are set up, admins can:
  • Forward emails to the agent to create leads
  • CC the agent on email chains with borrowers
  • Receive notifications about agent activity

Agent Mode

Choose between two modes:
  • Autopilot: Agent sends messages automatically without review
  • Listen: Agent drafts messages for admin review before sending

Workflow Prompt

Customize the agent’s behavior by editing the workflow prompt. This is the main system prompt that guides the agent’s actions and responses. See Fine-tuning for guidance on customizing the workflow prompt.

Tool Configuration

Configure which tools the agent can use:
  • Enable or disable specific tools
  • Set tool permissions
  • Group tools by category
